What it does

Show what changed in recent releases of this system and what is coming next, in plain language or as a page in the browser — what you got, what a release you have downloaded would add, what arrived since any given version, what the premium web app gained, and what is planned. Use when someone asks what's new, what changed, what this update brings, what's in the latest version, whether it is worth updating, what's coming next, what the roadmap is, or to see the release notes as a page.

Run it

$ /whats-new --site yoursite.com

reading connected data sources…

report written to output/

Refusal behavior

If this skill needs a data source you have not connected, it stops and names the missing connection instead of producing a confident report built on nothing. That refusal is the feature — it is what separates an agent system from a prompt that will happily invent a keyword report.

Skills that compose with this one

/add-site Set up a new site — gathers all configuration interactively, then commits the site directory in a single atomic write via host tools. /cost-report Per-site cost controlling — what you actually spent on DataForSEO, Firecrawl, Serper, image generation, and agent tokens, from the local ledger, with budgets and a branded HTML report. /deploy-vps Deploy the app to an Ubuntu 24.04 VPS — secure baseline via cloud-init, Caddy with automatic HTTPS, systemd services, daily WAL-safe backups, a headless Claude CLI. Runs on YOUR machine and drives the server over SSH; re-running the ship step is the upgrade path. Use when a member wants the dashboard reachable for clients without babysitting a laptop. /explain Use when a user asks to explain a skill, agent, or capability by name (e.g. "/explain gsc-report", "what does seo-analyst do", "how do I use keyword-analysis") — produces a plain-language walkthrough for new users covering what it is, when to use it, how to invoke it, inputs, outputs, and a worked example. /git-integration Publish, update, or delete content in a Git-based site's GitHub repository (e.g. Astro/Hugo on Cloudflare Pages) via the GitHub REST API using per-site credentials. /how-do-i Turn a plain-English goal ("I want to rank for the pages my competitor ranks for") into a filled, precondition-checked, copy-paste prompt naming the exact skills to run, in order. /plan-runner Execute and track a generated plan as a stateful, resumable backlog — start a ledger from a local-analytical REPORT, then "continue" to autonomously advance the next actionable items (generate, draft, verify), staging live-site changes for approval, across sessions. /search-site-text Search the full text of a website using BM25 keyword matching to find exact references or context for a specific topic.
