What it does

Use when a user asks to explain a skill, agent, or capability by name (e.g. "/explain gsc-report", "what does seo-analyst do", "how do I use keyword-analysis") — produces a plain-language walkthrough for new users covering what it is, when to use it, how to invoke it, inputs, outputs, and a worked example.

Refusal behavior

If this skill needs a data source you have not connected, it stops and names the missing connection instead of producing a confident report built on nothing. That refusal is the feature — it is what separates an agent system from a prompt that will happily invent a keyword report.
