What it does
Build a per-page strategy for getting already-published articles indexed - diagnoses why each page is missing from Google's index and prescribes only the fix that state admits (internal links from often-crawled pages, a rewrite, a consolidation, or a directive removal).

Refusal behavior
If this skill needs a data source you have not connected, it stops and names the missing connection instead of producing a confident report built on nothing. That refusal is the feature — it is what separates an agent system from a prompt that will happily invent a keyword report.
